KnoWho are currently working with a vibrant and fast-growing beauty brand based in South Manchester, who are on the lookout for a talented Senior Influencer Executive to join their dynamic team.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes influencer marketing and is ready to take the lead on impactful campaigns, working closely with high-profile creators and helping shape the brand’s influencer strategy.
 
About the Role:
As Senior Influencer Executive, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering the brand’s influencer marketing activity. You’ll build authentic, long-term relationships with content creators and work closely with wider marketing and brand teams. You may also mentor junior team members and support their development, but this role does not include direct line management responsibilities.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, agents, and content creators – ideally with a pre-existing network in the beauty or lifestyle space
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key learnings to inform ongoing strategy
• Mentor and support influencer executives as needed, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and rising talent within the influencer and beauty landscape

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Solid, hands-on experience in influencer marketing, ideally within beauty or a similar consumer lifestyle industry
• Experience mentoring or supporting more junior colleagues in a team environment
• A real passion for beauty, even if your previous roles weren’t directly in the sector
• Established network of influencers and creators is highly desirable
• Commercially minded with a creative and strategic approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bonus: Additional languages, particularly for international influencer engagement (not essential)
