The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Director to join the team and lead on a portfolio of high-profile corporate accounts. You’ll oversee the strategy, planning, and delivery of complex conferences and exhibitions – ensuring exceptional client service, creative excellence, and commercial success.
This is a senior leadership role where you will be the driving force behind multi-disciplinary teams, steering projects from pitch through to onsite delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior client lead across allocated accounts, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale conferences, exhibitions, and international events.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a project team to deliver to the highest standard.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, production, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of ideas.
  • Uphold best-in-class delivery standards, ensuring projects meet both client objectives and agency benchmarks.
  • Contribute to pitches and business growth opportunities, bringing strategic insight and operational expertise.

About You

  • Proven experience in a full-service events agency environment is essential.
  • Strong track record delivering large-scale international conferences and exhibitions.
  • A confident client partner with exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and inspiring teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Highly organised, commercially astute, and able to manage complex project portfolios.
  • Passionate about delivering memorable, award-winning experiences for global brands.
