Knowho is partnering with a globally recognised event and experiential agency to find an experienced Event Production Manager to lead technical production delivery across high-profile international projects.
This is a hands-on, senior production role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is calm under pressure, and acts as the go-to technical and production expert for both clients and internal teams.
The Role
As Event Production Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end technical production delivery of live, hybrid and experiential events across global markets. You’ll be a trusted agency lead, ensuring flawless execution from concept through to onsite delivery.
You’ll work closely with creative, account, suppliers and clients — translating ideas into technically sound, deliverable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical and production delivery across global live, hybrid and experiential events
- Act as the primary agency contact for all technical production matters
- Manage AV, staging, lighting, sound, power, rigging and show calling where required
- Oversee supplier sourcing, negotiation, briefing and management
- Own production budgets, schedules, risk assessments and technical documentation
- Conduct site visits, feasibility checks and pre-production planning
- Travel internationally to oversee onsite delivery and live event execution
- Collaborate closely with creative and account teams to ensure ideas are deliverable
- Manage and mentor junior production team members when required
- Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest technical, safety and quality standards
About You
- Proven experience as an Event Production Manager or Senior Producer within an agency environment
- Strong background in technical production delivery (AV, staging, lighting, power, rigging)
- Experience delivering international events across multiple territories
- Confident managing complex budgets, timelines and multiple stakeholders
- Calm, solutions-focused and highly organised under pressure
- Comfortable being client-facing and leading onsite delivery
- Willing and able to travel internationally as required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
