An excellent opportunity for a hands-on Content-Producer/ Production Manager (Social-Media First) to join a growing Creative Content Production agency in Central London.
This is an ideal role for a self-starter who wants to take ownership and work with multiple clients in different sectors. This will be more of a creative-focused production role and you will work closely with a editors on final content. This is more about crafting the content whether that be a Podcast, Social Campaign, LinkedIn posts and YouTube Content.

Location: London (Hybrid 2 days a week in the office)
Salary: 27k-30k
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Content Creation: Working alongside the Client Services Lead to manage all aspects of content production from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
Direct On-location Filming: Oversee filming activities to bring creative visions to life.
Collaborate with Creatives: Work with the Client leads in developing strong, audience-facing video content
Manage Resources: Work with the Ops team to efficiently manage budgets, equipment, and any freelance resources to optimise efficiency and minimise costs.
Ownership of Post-Production: Capture and review footage, brief and feedback, oversee editing to achieve desired results.
Develop Video Formats: Lead the development process of videos and formats, ensuring alignment with client strategy and audience needs.
Provide Editorial Direction: Lead across shoots as the primary editorial voice and direct to see the vision through.
Pitch and Develop Ideas: Generate new ideas for the agency portfolio with brand-friendly attribution.
Activate Cross-Platform: Develop core ideas for activation across all platforms in the agency ecosystem.
Edit and Produce: Collaborate with editors to craft final deliverables.
Skills and Experience:
● Experience as a Video/Creative Producer with a good understanding of the social content ecosystem.
● Well-versed across the social media platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, particularly interested in factual entertainment content.
● End-to-end production experience (camera, sound, lighting, etc)
● Demonstrate examples of inter-content editing. Both cinematic, and TikTok retention editing.
● Strong planning and time management skills, able to work across multiple projects.
● Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, or extensive experience in related field.
● Proven experience in brand management, preferably in an agency setting.
● Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behaviour.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software is a plus.
