The Role:
Our client is seeking dynamic and experienced Senior Production Director to join their team (and potentially the SMT). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a talented production team, overseeing the entire event delivery process from concept to execution. Your expertise will ensure that every event not only meets but exceeds client expectations, reflecting the high standards our agency is known for.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production team in delivering high-quality events from brief to completion.
• Oversee the full event lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into a seamless, memorable experience.
• Drive innovation and creativity within the production process to continuously enhance our event offerings.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the production team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

  
About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Production Director or similar role within the events industry.
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of event production, including technical, creative, and logistical elements.
• A strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working with high-profile global brands and managing complex, large-scale events.
