Events / Exhibition/ Marketing Agency Experience is desirable for this role!
Our creative agency client is known for their exceptional creativity and award-winning exhibition stands and live events/ experiential design. They have a proven track record of delivering cutting-edge designs and unforgettable global experiences for their clients at exhibitions and trade shows.
Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of their business, driving sales efforts and expanding their client base. Your primary responsibility will be to sell the creative services of the agency, with a focus on designing and building stunning exhibition stands and live experiences that captivate audiences. Taking new clients on a journey and onboarding is also an important part of this role.
Leads will come to you, so no cold calling as such 🙂
Location: Central London (Hybrid working – 2 days in the office)
Salary: Base salary 35k-40k + OTE Realistic 25k+
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to position the agency effectively.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the agency’s design capabilities.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for business expansion.

  
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in exhibition/ events agency sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the exhibition and trade show industry.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for design.
